Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform — whether through the mobile application available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or through the website vaidefut.app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms and that the entity accepts these terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Eligibility and Account

Access to certain Platform features requires account creation. Registration is performed via Google Sign-In, which imports your name, email address and profile picture from the associated Google account.

By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is true, accurate and up to date;
• You are the legitimate owner of the Google account used;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials;
• You will immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized access to your account.

Each person may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts or accounts created to circumvent restrictions may be terminated.

To request account deletion and removal of all associated data, contact us at contato@vaidefut.app with the subject "Account Deletion". Processing takes up to 30 business days.

3. Permitted Use of the Platform

Vai de fut is a sports platform for organizing amateur football (soccer) matches and pick-up games. Features include, without limitation:

• Creating and managing football groups;
• Confirming and managing match spots;
• Generating and sharing invitation links;
• Public player profiles with stats and history;
• Team draw and lineup generation;
• Notifications about group sporting events.

We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features at any time, with or without prior notice, provided this does not violate users' accrued rights.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you create, upload or share on the Platform, including profile pictures, group names, messages and any other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, reproduce and distribute that content solely within the context of operating the Platform.

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, racist, sexist or incites hatred or violence;
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties;
• Contains spam, unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitations;
• Impersonates other individuals or entities in a deceptive manner;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Videos and Social Content

The Platform may allow users to share videos, match highlights and other social content related to sporting activities. When sharing such content, you represent that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it;
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in the content;
• The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any social content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Groups, Matches and Player Interactions

Vai de fut facilitates the organization of groups and matches, but does not supervise or control interactions between players outside the Platform. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for disputes, disagreements or incidents that occur between players during in-person matches;
• Group administrators are responsible for managing their own groups and may set additional rules, provided they do not conflict with these Terms;
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries or losses arising from in-person sporting activities organized through the Platform.

We expect all users to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike conduct both within the Platform and during in-person activities organized through it.

7. Premium and Subscriptions

Vai de fut may offer premium features and content through auto-renewing subscription plans ("Premium" or "Vai de Fut Premium"). Subscription plans, their duration, pricing and included features are displayed within the application before purchase confirmation.

Premium subscriptions may include features such as:

• Enhanced player statistics and analytics;
• Advanced group management tools;
• Priority support;
• Exclusive cosmetic items and badges;
• Additional customization options for player profiles.

Prices for subscriptions are displayed in your local currency through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices may vary by country or region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before they take effect, in accordance with the policies of the respective store.

You may choose between different subscription durations (e.g., monthly, annual) as offered within the application. The available durations and their corresponding prices are clearly presented before you confirm your purchase.

8. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew. The renewal will be charged to your payment method through the app store from which you originally purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified of a price change prior to renewal, in accordance with the store's policies.

You can view your next renewal date and manage your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS (Apple App Store): Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vai de fut
• Android (Google Play Store): Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vai de fut

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be managed through the app store where the purchase was originally made:

• Apple App Store: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. See Apple's cancellation guide.
• Google Play Store: Manage subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Important: Deleting the Vai de fut app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must explicitly cancel through the respective app store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to Premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policies.

10. Digital Purchases and Soccer Coins

The Platform may offer consumable digital items, including virtual currency ("Soccer Coins") and other in-app purchases. These items are digital goods with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit outside the Platform.

Soccer Coins and other digital items purchased through the Platform are tied to your Vai de fut account. They are not transferable between accounts.

Prices for digital purchases are displayed in your local currency before purchase confirmation. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the respective app store.

11. Apple App Store Purchases

If you download the Vai de fut app through the Apple App Store, any subscriptions or digital purchases you make within the app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms, policies and practices.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you are also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The Apple Standard EULA governs your use of the app as distributed through the App Store and applies in addition to these Terms of Use. You can review the Apple Standard EULA at:

In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard EULA regarding your use of the iOS application, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail solely with respect to App Store distribution and payment terms. These Terms of Use govern all other aspects of your relationship with Vai de fut.

Apple is not responsible for the Vai de fut app, its content, or any support or maintenance thereof. Any questions, complaints or claims regarding the app should be directed to us, not Apple, at contato@vaidefut.app.

12. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app, switch to a new device, or otherwise lose access to your purchased content, you can restore your previous purchases at no additional cost.

The "Restore Purchases" option is available in the app settings or profile section. Restoration verifies your purchase history with the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and reactivates your entitlements.

Restoration requires that you are signed in with the same app store account used for the original purchase. Non-subscription digital items (such as Soccer Coins) are restored to your Vai de fut account.

13. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and processing for subscriptions and digital purchases are governed by the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made:

• Apple App Store purchases: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund through the Google Play Store app or website.

We do not process refunds directly for purchases made through app stores. For any questions regarding a refund request, contact us at contato@vaidefut.app.

14. Prohibition of Abuse, Fraud and Misuse

By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in the following conduct:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or hate-inciting content;
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial, advertising or spam purposes;
• Share personal data of third parties without their consent;
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer or access restricted areas of the Platform;
• Create fake profiles, impersonate others or use fictitious identities deceptively;
• Interfere with Platform operation through attacks, automated scripts or any other method;
• Use the Platform for illegal activities, including unauthorized betting, fraud or money laundering;
• Abuse refund or chargeback mechanisms to obtain undue reimbursements;
• Share, sell or transfer accounts or subscription benefits to third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without right to compensation or refund for unused subscription periods.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemon Dev Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free services, the liability limit is R$ 100.00 (one hundred Brazilian reais).

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to contato@vaidefut.app. Account closure will result in removal of your public profile and deletion of your personally identifiable data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we identify a violation of these Terms, conduct harmful to the Platform or other users, or as required by law. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, we may also block your access to the Platform and prevent the creation of new accounts associated with your identity or device.

After termination, the provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and governing law shall continue in effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notification or email at least 15 days in advance.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

The Platform operates in compliance with:

• Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) — Law No. 13,709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
• Marco Civil da Internet — Law No. 12,965/2014 (Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework);
• Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Law No. 8,078/1990 (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

For users accessing the Platform from outside Brazil, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they are applicable.
